New Patient Registrations
Looking for a doctor?Please contact the practice and arrange to complete a new patient registration form and health questionnaire.  You will need proof of identity and proof of address with you when you register.

Late Night Clinics
We are pleased to announce that we now hold late night appointments up until 7:30pm every Monday night. Please note that reception is closed to general queries and prescription collections.

Cancellations
Please try to keep your appointment and arrive at the surgery in good time. If you are unable to make your appointment, please tell us as soon as possible so we can offer your appointment to another patient.

Out of Hours
If you need to see a doctor outside normal surgery hours, please telephone the normal practice number – 01274 224 888 – and you will be directed to our emergency on-call doctor service.  Alternatively, you can call 111 for any health queries.

Test results
Please telephone after 2pm for test results.

Want to have more of a say in how your practice is run?  Join our Patient Voice.

The Patient Voice is a group of patients and members of Bowling Hall and Highfield Medical Practice staff who meet every couple of months to discuss ways to improve the experience people have at the practice.  Currently it is a small but dedicated group which we would like to expand.

The main aim of our meetings is to discuss ways to improve any aspect of the practice to the benefit of every patient.  This could mean changes to the services we offer, the way in which we communicate information to our patients or any other changes to the way our practice works.  Each suggestion is thoroughly debated amongst the group.

If you can't attend our meetings then we would be happy to communicate with you by e-mail.  We can send out information, like meeting agendas and outcomes, questions about specific issus that have been raised, or short surveys, and you can send us your comments, ideas or suggestions and we will raise them at the meetings and discuss them amongst the group.
